Full dark/moody/strong redesign — home page
Complete visual overhaul of index.html. Dark base (#0b0c10), blue brand accents (#2563eb/#60a5fa), Barlow Condensed headings, GOOSE-inspired layout vocabulary (overlapping cards, photo splits, service card grid with left blue border). Old light/blue-gradient design scrapped per Rob + Abbie/Sheila direction.

Service pages dark redesign (7 pages)
CVIP, mobile-mechanical, mobile-ac, welding, computer-diagnostics, engine-repair-parts, fleet-pressure-washing — dark aesthetic applied, real photos per page, pill/dot eyebrows removed, main section white (#f8fafc) as pattern interrupt.

Logo colour version + brand hex codes
Only black PDF logo on file. Need colour version or exact hex codes from Fred. Currently using CSS invert(1) as workaround on dark backgrounds.

Kill pill/dot eyebrow labels + add white-section rhythm breaks
Rob feedback (trace=1c4e640b): "KILL the pill/dot label above headlines — it has appeared on the LAST 5 SITES." All trust-pill divs and colored-text eyebrow <p> tags removed from home + all 7 service pages. White (#f8fafc) background sections added as pattern interrupts throughout home page (proof rows, about, service area). Dark sections (hero, services, welding, engine, fleet, CTA, footer) remain dark. White+blue on dark confirmed working well.

Home page full distinct-section layout redesign
Rob feedback (trace=22aee55a, 2ebf98d8): "sections look repeated / generic — do NOT deliver repeated shit." $10k quality bar set. Home page fully redesigned with 10 compositionally distinct sections: (1) Full-viewport photo hero + diagonal cut, (2) Thin credential ribbon, (3) Editorial big-number proof rows on white, (4) Typographic numbered service list rows (not a card grid), (5) Full-bleed left photo / white text split (About), (6) Photo overlap / text panel (Welding), (7) Full-bleed photo with massive type from bottom (Engine), (8) Typographic city-poster service area on white, (9) Wide panoramic photo strip + CTA panel (Fleet Wash), (10) Centered max-type final CTA. No two sections share the same compositional grammar.

Sheila design feedback: typography scale, photo/text ratio, phone screenshot crop
Three fixes: (1) Typography scale — heading/body balance corrected. Hero H1 max reduced from 8.5rem to 6.5rem; engine and CTA H2s reduced proportionally; all body text normalised to 1rem (was 0.9–0.95rem scattered). Same recurring imbalance flagged on BOAGS — fixed here. (2) Photo/text ratio — About grid adjusted from 52%/48% to 48%/52% giving text column more room; welding text panel max-width removed and second paragraph added to fill the column; about photo object-position set to center 55% to anchor to trucks not ceiling. (3) Phone screenshot — about-shop.jpg had iOS status bar visible at top (time 7:54, signal icons); cropped 80px from top to remove it.

Sheila 2nd-round: whitespace audit + photo fix
(1) Photo — about-shop.jpg (interior shop with ceiling) replaced with rotated/levelled cvip-equipment.jpg: outdoor BC mountain logging site, Tigercat 880E + Mazdock service truck, no ceiling structure, no status bar, no drum. Rotation corrected 12° CCW from tilted phone angle. About section fixed to 640px height to prevent portrait-image-driven blank column. (2) Whitespace — full section-by-section audit: service area section gained a second column (At the shop / On the road capability panels eliminating blank right half); fleet wash body copy expanded; proof rows section padding reduced 5.5rem→4rem, row padding 2.5rem→2rem; services section padding 5.5rem→4.5rem; welding text padding 5rem→3.5rem.
